Relieve Tension Quickly and Easily with the Brain Education Healing Point Finder

Two centimeters of expertly-designed biology.

That’s all it takes for the tiny pistol shrimp to kill any number of small fish and stun bigger prey in less than a millisecond.

To put it in perspective, two centimeters is less than an inch, about the size of a thumbtack.

That’s the size of the pistol shrimp’s “big claw” (called “big” only because its other claw is much smaller). This big-yet-tiny claw can snap at a speed of 60 miles per hour.

The resulting reaction is a pulse of bubbles that creates a noise of 218 dB — that’s louder than a bullet. It also creates a flash of light, and amazingly, a temperature of 4800 degrees centigrade — similar to the surface of the sun.

Incredible, isn’t it? Almost jaw-dropping that such a teensy weensy thing could cause such a massive reaction. But that's how Mother Nature rolls: Crashing atoms make a humongous explosion; A microscopic sperm and egg become a human being; An acorn grows into an oak tree whose roots can crack the foundation of a ten-story building.

Well, guess what? There’s a “big claw” in your biology too.

But it’s way smaller than two centimeters and you won’t use it to stun prey...

However, it’s powerful enough to set off a reaction that ends with you feeling better in an instant.

By the end of this article, you’ll know exactly what your “big claw” is and exactly how to use it to release your tension quickly.

First, a quick energy lesson.

Let’s say you have shoulder pain. You stretch it, you rub it, but the ache is chronic and won’t go away. What’s going on?

According to traditional East Asian medicine, energy runs through our bodies along specific pathways called meridians. Along the meridians are many points called acupressure points. If the meridians are like train tracks that transport energy, the acupressure points are like the stations along the way: This is where there’s an opportunity to onload and offload, to redistribute energetic “cargo”.

When your energy meridians get blocked — like when stress, for example, jams up the “tracks” — it can negatively affect you, even in places that seem far away from the blockage. This is how the energy of things like pain and illness set in.

Stimulating key acupressure points clears the path so energy can flow properly again…

Which is how you can release tension and energetically affect that shoulder pain.

And there’s science to prove it.

In a study done on 65 people with shoulder pain… One group had acupressure point stimulation done for one minute, and then did a specific breathing/body awareness meditation for four more minutes. The other group did nothing.

The results? In the experimental group, the intensity of their pain dropped significantly, and their range of motion improved, compared to the control group.

You get the picture. Acupressure point stimulation works. And luckily, you don’t have to participate in a study or go to a professional in order to benefit from it. You can do it yourself right now.

How?

Well first, you have to know where those important acupressure points are.

It certainly wouldn’t work to just stimulate anywhere, right? It’s finding the right point that’s the game-changer.

But the problem is everyone is different. The places you feel tension and discomfort — whether physical, or mental or emotional stress — are different from the next person. Even two people with the same symptom will both have their own unique complex reason for it.

That’s why people go to practitioners like acupuncturists, who can use their specialized knowledge and experience to give you personalized treatment.

But if you want something you can do to relieve your tension on your own, you can simply find your BHP.

BHP stands for Brain Education Healing Point. We use this term because mind-body expert and founder of Change Your Energy, Ilchi Lee, has a method called Brain Education, that helps people use the immense power of their brains for self-healing and all kinds of other things.

Your BHP is your high-leverage point for energy healing, the one that’s going to give you the most bang for your buck.

It’s the “big claw” that can trigger a profound energy reaction in your body — in exactly the way you need, right now.

The location of this point is different for different people, and it may be different for you at different times, depending on your condition.

So how do you find your BHP?

The answer is pretty simple…It’s the point that has the most pain!

(Yikes, I know. But trust me, it’ll be good for you.)

That’s why it’s so high-leverage: More pain means that particular energy pathway is more blocked or out of balance, so stimulating and awakening its energy is likely to create a change you can feel.

Ready to try it?

When you do BHP energy healing, you don’t need to search your entire body for the spot — you can stick to your head, fingers, or toes. These areas have many energy points that are connected to the entire body, so it’s enough to find your spots there. Today, I’ll share how to do it on your head.

Here’s how to find and stimulate your BHP:

1. Grab something with a small point at the tip that you can use to press your spot — A pen or chopstick is good (but nothing too sharp that would break skin!). You can also just use your fingers.

2. Starting at the very top of your head, press strongly with your object or fingers. Take a moment to explore and press around different spots in the area. Try a little bit left or right, up or down, or other areas on your head. You’re looking for the most painful spot. (Note: Even moving a millimeter this way or that can make a big difference.) You don’t need to overthink it or go everywhere — just find the most painful spot you can with a little bit of exploring.

3. When you find your BHP, stay there and keep applying a strong but tolerable amount of pressure while breathing comfortably. Let your mind relax and focus on the pain point without resisting. It can help to breathe out of your mouth and imagine you’re breathing out the pain.

4. After 2 or 3 minutes, stop applying pressure. Take a moment to breathe and feel the relaxation in your body and mental state.

Because it can be hard to find the right points and stimulate them with your fingers or a pen, we have a tool that makes it super-easy to stimulate the points precisely and effectively. The Brain Education Healing Point (BHP) Finder is specifically designed for this self-healing technique. Imagine the changes you could create if you could easily do this process anytime you needed it, or even as a regular practice. The BHP Finder can help — Get it here.
