Our neck is very important to your overall health. In fact, proper neck alignment and health is so important that, when your neck is out of alignment, it affects your entire body, and mental state as well.
The neck supports the head, but it also houses arteries that supply blood to the brain from the heart. In fact, the seven interlocking cervical vertebrae that comprise your neck just may be the part of your body that gets the most use, takes on more stress, and is more vulnerable than any other part of your body.
Protect it with regular neck massages with the wooden pillow.
When your neck is out of whack, life just isn’t right. Your brain, which controls your heart rate, breathing, immune system, hormone regulation, coordination, balance and sleep, is dependent on healthy circulation. When you have misaligned neck vertebrae or pinched nerves the result is reduced blood supply and energy circulation to the brain.
The neck is very fragile and can frequently get dislocated, from accidents to over-exertion to poor posture and stress.
Keep your neck and brain in the flow of life with the Wooden Pillow.
Use of a wooden pillow, at first, may be accompanied by pain. The root cause of this is most likely a misalignment of your neck bones.
If the pain is too intense, you should gradually increase your time using the wooden pillow and cushion it by placing something soft, like a towel, on top of it. The more you use it, the more steady improvement you'll notice in what used to be problem areas.
Your cervical vertebrae will soon return to their proper position. Pressure on the nerves will be released, your circulation will improve and you’ll feel great about life again!
The wooden pillow is perfect for:
- Students who study for long hours
- Office workers who sit at computers for many hours

How to Choose the Proper Size of the Wooden Pillow
Wooden pillows come in sizes 1 through 3. Your height is the best way to approximate the correct size wooden pillow size for you.
- If you are shorter than 5’3”, choose size 1.
- If you are between 5’3” and 5’11”, size 2 is likely to be best for you. However, if you are closer to 5’3”, and have a short neck and/or tend to be thin, you may be more comfortable with size 1. If you are closer to 5’11”, have a long neck and/or tend to have muscle or fat padding your neck or shoulders, you may be more comfortable with size 3.
- If you are 6’ or more, choose size 3.
When you place the wooden pillow under your neck and the weight of your head can completely lay on the floor, then the pillow is too small. The pillow is too big if the large bone at the bottom of your neck lies painfully against it. The best size for you is if the pillow rests between the bottom of your skull and the base of your neck.
Most people think that when the pillow feels high against their neck, it is because it is too big for them. But very often, the reason that the pillow feels very uncomfortable at first is because misaligned bones and muscles in the neck causes stiffness and discomfort.
When you think you've found a good size for yourself, give yourself a few days to get used to it. Most people get comfortable with the wooden pillow within several days.
