Acceptance

Acceptance is not about being complacent, only seeing others’ strengths or trying to fix their weaknesses. Acceptance is the ability to see others just as they are and to understand them honestly. In this painting, Tao Master Manwol expresses the reality of overcoming differences amongst humanity to be able to grow in harmony as one.

Series: Life in Motion

Humanity plays with nature’s elements in this series of 15 paintings that represent important life topics such as courage, acceptance, change, love, self-realization and more. Black silhouettes of people are placed among the energies and emotions of Life, existing in harmony with it. Made with watercolor and ink, Manwol hopes you feel the transient beauty of life expressed through the colors and fluid brush strokes.

About the Exhibit

Manwol’s artwork is produced in a deeply meditative state and holds her mindset of positivity and love for all life. She says, “I put in my soul and my dreams when I paint. It is a loving heart and a prayer to the world. I hope that the energy of people who see the paintings will be full and bright.”

Manwol reminds us that having an open, loving heart brings the gratitude and positivity needed for good fortune. Because fortune is a form of energy, we all make our own. Through her artwork, Manwol invites us to be a conduit of positive energy—of peace, love, health, and harmony. By bringing this artwork into your space, you accept this invitation and set your own intention for an open and loving heart.
