How to Use
Hot: Heat in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. The eye pack should be gently warmed, not hot. Place it over your eyes for 5-10 minutes.
Cold: Place it in the freezer for 1 hour prior to use and place over your eyes for 15-20 minutes.
